Denmark’s Best Long List 2025 is at Geranium, Copenhagen
At a ceremony held in Copenhagen on 24 November 2025, Geranium was presented with the Gold Star for Best Long List for the second time in our awards history, in a category presented by Bodega Numanthia.
The winners of Star Wine List of the Year Denmark 2025 were announced in the Danish capital this week, with three-Michelin-starred Geranium accepting two Gold Stars, for the Best Austrian Wine List and the Best Long List. Having won both awards in its home country in previous years, it also took the global Gold Star for this latter category back in 2024.
The Best Long List category was supported by Bodega Numanthia and Moët Hennessy’s Alexandre Blaix presented Head Sommelier Andrea Roug Sala with the Gold Star.
“A wine list that continues to be immensely impressive,” explained judge Kathrine Larsen-Robert of the jury’s decision. “Classically leaning, yet refreshingly dynamic and relevant, reflecting both timeless benchmarks and the evolving landscape of fine wine.”
