About Syttende
Syttende opened 2019 at the Alsik hotel in the most southern part of Denmark. Located on the seventeenth floor, the restaurant overlooks pretty much the entire region, and is driven by well-known chef Peter Rødsgaard.
About the Syttende Wine List
Even though the restaurant is young they have managed to source a great wine list; it covers most areas of the world, but focuses on the traditional wine-producing countries, with a selection of vintages from some of the biggest names in Burgundy and Bordeaux.
