Dyvig is a boutique luxury hotel with just over 25 rooms located at Als in the southern part of Denmark. The hotel has two restaurants and a tea/champagne lounge.
Dyvig is located on the waterfront, giving guests a stunning view. The cuisine is focused on Danish products with a French twist. The dishes are classic and easy to pair with the wine list.

The wine list is focused on France, with Italy and USA as support acts. The wine list has a very deep selection of Romanée-Conti, Krug and many backvintages of first growth Bordeaux, an example is 1917 Mouton.
The wine list offers an incredible selection of some of the most coveted wines in the world, at very good prices. Dyvig also offers a large selecting of rare wines by the glass, served with Coravin.
