    Alchemist first opened at Østerbro in Copenhagen, in a spot with very limited capacity. Hereafter Rasmus Munk and the team got the chance to extend Alchemist, so they moved to Refshaleøen and a much bigger space. Here you will be dining under a dome which changes as long as the evening moves along. The dining experience will take you through 50 different servings, and Alchemist shortly after re-opening awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide

    Anarki is a small bistro-style restaurant located in the Frederiksberg neighborhood of Copenhagen and it is also the sister restaurant of well-established Restaurant Mêlée. As opposed to the francophile Mêlée, the dogma of Anarki is that they don’t have any dogmas. The wine list focus is on quality rather than ideology.

    This restaurant is located in the forest of Marselis and is neighbour to the royal castle of Marselisborg, just at the outskirts of Aarhus. The restaurant has two star in the Michelin Guide, with the star-chef Wassim Hallal as the mastermind in the kitchen. The menu is inspired by the nature surrounding the restaurant, and there are two set menus to choose from.

    Geranium is the only three-star Michelin restaurant in Denmark and with Chef Rasmus Kofoed in the kitchen, you are set for an experience. Rasmus Kofoed is the only chef in the world who has received bronze, silver and gold at Bocuse D’Or. The restaurant is situated on the 8th floor in Fælledparken (Common Gardens) in the center of Copenhagen.

    Located in the famous old walls of "Den Røde" (The Red), Simon Olesen and Rasmus Amdi recently opened their new restaurant. When you have those two gentlemen in charge, you are guaranteed wines with soul and the wines you dream of drinking. The restaurant combines traditional danish lunch with classical lunch courses. Simon and Rasmus have a long history of taking care of guests, which is something you will feel every time you enter.
