The setting at Kong Hans Kælder is old school: white table cloths, waiters in suits, table-side service and a large cheese selection (also served at the table). All things that you expect from a two Michelin star restaurant.
The menu is fixed with seasonal servings, its signature dishes a mix of French, Asian and Nordic cuisine.
With the same old school thinking, you will find a wine list featuring classic regions, classic producers and a huge focus on French wines. The list itself is vast, however, and wines are available from most corners of the world. I therefore recommend asking the sommeliers which wines are at a great stage, and what to enjoy.
