About ZUMA London
Zuma is located in Knightsbridge and was created in 2002 by Rainer Becker and Arjun Waney. Today, it is part of a global chain also including the Roka concept.
This is modern yet authentic Japanese cuisine based on the traditional izakaya (informal dining) style, here interpreted in a sophisticated but down-to-earth way. There’s a main kitchen, sushi counter, and robata grill, with an open plan kitchen contributing to the vibrant feel of the restaurant. Energetic music plays in the background and the interior is created in a wholesome zen style. There’s a small outside drinks area.
The wine list is medium sized and divided into different themes, with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Bordeaux blends from around the world the mainstays.
