Restaurant Triton on Södermalm in Stockholm combines a hipster-friendly neighbourhood bistro feel with high-quality food and welcoming charm. The food comes as a set menu of three savoury dishes, and the menu is updated continuously. There are also some smaller snacks to choose from.
The wine list is on the smaller side, and the idea is to update and develop it continuously. Europe is the focus, especially Italy and France. Nicely priced and with relaxed and welcoming service.
For those who just want to stop by for a glass of wine, the so-called "Capri corner" is open for drop-ins.
