About Tollbua
A Nordic gourmet bistro in a casual and informal setting.
Spearheaded by Christopher Davidsen (Bocuse d'Argent 2017), the kitchen offers four- and six-course menus with the option of extra, smaller dishes alongside.
Pop by for a glass and a bite in the bar and lounge, or go for the full experience with wine pairings. The selection revolves around Champagne (with a portion of English bubbles too), as well as Burgundy and the US. Expect to find many of your classic, go-to producers but also some lesser-known wineries and styles. Regular or premium wine pairings are on offer, in addition to wines by the glass, with great effort taken to ensure moderate pricing.
