About ProVinCia
Its eponymous sister wine bar has long been a respected and beloved watering hole in the Retiro neighbourhood, and this second location is also poised to shine. Moving into a four-storey building in Belgrano that’s also home to a specialty coffee shop and an omakase, ProVinCia is tucked in the basement.
The wine cellar is impressive, while glassware is top-notch too. Enjoy a bottle from an armchair in the comfortable lounge, or sign up for a tasting around the large communal table.
While there isn’t a hot kitchen, the selection of regional cheeses and charcuterie is excellent.
