About PRaiRiaL
The duo of chef Gaëtan Gentil and sommelier Céline Boinon is a perfect match of authenticity, care for terroir, and high-quality food and wines! The wine list has over 1,200 references, all in biodynamic culture. I was also excited to read names I discovered for the first time while browsing all the pages of that highly thoughtful wine list.
You will need time to go through the wine list, but don’t miss out on some nice gems like the old Valette in Pouilly-Fuissé and the great Savoie wines selection. I also enjoyed Celine’s pick for Switzerland. The Chappaz lineup is impressive, along with the delicious wines from Domaine de Beudon, or from Violaine and Raymond Paccot. I could go on and on about that wine list…
