About the Odette Wine List
The wine list is predominantly French with a collection of mostly traditional powerhouses like Bonneau du Martray, Roumier, Pegau etc. What is alluring about this wine list is the additional focus on grower Champagnes as well as boutique producers like Julien Labet from Jura.
The sommelier team is also able to provide a wine pairing flight with more adventurous and edgy wines from this list of around 700 labels if you should prefer to have multiple glasses throughout the meal.
