Praelum is the grand daddy of wine bars in Singapore, led by young Singaporean sommeliers with absolutely no boundaries to what wines they can have on the list. The uniqueness of being without borders, and bound by no stereotype besides generally being a wine bar, Praelum provides many opportunities for oenophiles as well as amateur wine drinkers to discover new wines and be educated, while having a good time. It is definitely refreshing to not be confined by labels. Tasting flights are featured here with a strong focus on teaching.
