FRANCIS is a bistro style restaurant in Wan Chai, Hong Kong Island. At the foot of Bowen Hill is a gentrified area with vintage shops, boutiques, and many bars and restaurants. They are among the most outstanding places in the small neighborhood for food to share and a glass of wine. Casual setting, delectable Middle-Eastern plates at approachable prices. Besides the regular wine list, you may ask the sommelier for their handwritten “hidden wine list” to discover some limited wines. The regular wine list is small, but it won’t disappoint you.
