Petrus Wine List
Petrus is a Michelin one-star French restaurant in Island Shangri-La Hotel. When it opened in 1991, it was one of the first fine-dining restaurants in Hong Kong. The wine program is managed by Master Sommelier Yohann Jousselin and his experienced sommelier team.
The award-winning wine list includes over 1,800 different labels, and the sommeliers’ taking care of the wine are some of the best in town. This is truly a great place to enjoy a top-class service with fantastic food and wine selection with a stunning Victoria Harbour view.
