The Baker & The Bottleman is a bakery and coffee shop in the morning and afternoon and turns into a neighbourhood wine restaurant in the evening. It is located at Lee Tung Avenue, a hot tourist spot in Wan Chai.
The bar area is quite hidden, as you need to walk through the bakery and go to the second floor. This casual neighbourhood wine restaurant offers nice food and a good wine selection with a relaxed and fun vibe. The whole concept of the bakery and restaurant is focusing on sustainable and organic ingredients.
As expected, the wine program is only working with wineries that are focusing on sustainability, organic farming, and biodynamic practices. The list holds around 100 labels from most of the main wine-producing regions.
