The fire is still burning at Ekstedt, which was one of the first to use fire as the main source of energy in the kitchen. The ambiance is warm (!), the food is as good as ever and the service is friendly and professional. The Swedish celebrity chef Niklas Ekstedt has left the daily flow but the food here is consistently very good.

The wine list is varied with plenty of natural influences. The wine focus used to be completely old world but newer wine countries have begun make their rounds.
