About Ale Wino!
Ale Wino opened in 2013 and is located at 48 Mokotowska street, just one block away from the Down Town district in Warsaw. What is beautiful about it, is that you feel far away from the busy area; to come to Mokotowska street, you need to go through a gate, take an extra turn before entering the probably most charming bistro patio in Warsaw. From there you can find the entrance to Ale Wino.
The food is simple and tasty, just as it should be at a top bistro like this. Cold and hot starters, main courses, a few desserts, homemade cold cuts, and some extraordinary homemade bread – just everything you need. I can’t help myself from getting their duck rillettes too, but if you are a pescatarian or a vegetarian, you still can have many options. The ambience is cosy and comfortable.
About the Ale Wino! Wine List
There's no actual wine list, but there is a room with all wines on the shelves – around 250 different bottles. A lot of Central European wines, some classics from Spain and Portugal, more natural Italy, sharp and delicious German and Austrian wine.
There is also a nice selection of Hungarian wine, and some orange wines too. Wines started at 25 euros per bottle, and 25-50 euros is the average.
