Norbert Dudzinski, Star Wine List's ambassador in Warsaw, moved to Warsaw from the small city Roztocze in 2007 and started his restaurant career as a bartender. Eight years ago he got serious with wine, and after finishing his wine studies, he applied for work – in Scandinavian restaurants. In 2015 he started working at Geranium in Copenhagen Denmark, first as a sommelier, and the last of his three years as Head Sommelier.
He then moved back to Warsaw in 2018 and started working as General Manager and Head Sommelier at Dyletanci Restaurant in Warsaw. Today, he runs and co-owns Lalou Wine Concept, a wine shop with a wine cellar (5,000 bottles capacity), focusing on organic and biodynamic wines, where there is also a tasting room for private tastings and masterclasses.
He’s also got an exam from Court of Master Sommeliers, as well as WSET and Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (ASI).
