Kontakt is a project showing all the fun you’d expect from wine bars in Paris, Berlin or Copenhagen. It became the new kid on the block when it opened in early 2025 – a new kind of space, representing the idea of comfort with well-executed food and a great, progressive wine list. Located in the Mokotów district of Warsaw, not far from downtown, Kontakt is nonetheless somehow hidden from the main streets – it takes two turns (or five to 10 minutes of walking) to get there. Very casual but with huge attention to detail, this is bistro style with attractive plating and a somm team that seems t...

SPOT. is one of the most famous places in Poznań. A large, industrial space, in the warm months there is also plenty of space outside and the green surroundings encourage you to spend time there. The owner is Lechosław Olszewski, who is a well-known figure on the Polish wine market, and organiser of the largest tasting of Polish wines – Korki – which has been taking place for several years. The kitchen is in the style of a comfortable bistro, using seasonal products, suited to every type of wine.

Piękna Street is the new location of Łaskawość Tytusa, a bistro run by Tytus – former hip-hop publisher and Asfalt Records founder, and a name well-known to the Polish public. This new home is situated in the city centre, right across from the bustling Hala Koszyki, one of the city's iconic food courts with a long history. The space features a main floor with a large bar, and downstairs, there’s a room for larger groups, where regular tastings are also held. Floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides enhance the sense of openness and light within the space. The bistro offers a menu of comfort foo...

Vinissimo is a bistro with food that surprises through its complexity and the pleasure it provides. One of the owners is definitely a foodie and a wine lover, so that's basically the best recommendation. He is also a sommelier, participates in the service, and consistency is an important element here. The food clearly aspires to casual fine dining – it's comfortable yet creative, refined, visually appealing and, of course, made with excellent products. Vinissimo is located on a small street, very close to the pier in Sopot, right by the sea, in one of the central parts of the Tri-City area.

Kraków’s Bottiglieria 1881 is the only restaurant in Poland with two Michelin stars. It was once a modern bistro with an extensive wine list and aspirations for more. After a few years, both the concept and part of the ownership changed, and today it stands as a truly exceptional place on every scale. Of course, it’s fine dining, but what stands out is the ease with which they combine an incredibly high level of food, creativity, execution, and the detailed presentation of each dish. The service is seamless with a perfect sense of timing, relaxed yet professional, and there's a genuine sense...

Szara Gęś is located in one of the oldest buildings in Kraków, which goes back a few centuries and underwent a thorough renovation in the late 1980s. It’s a well-known address in Kraków and, stylistically, the interior doesn’t adhere to any single trend. In fact, it reminds one of Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland… Inside, this is a large space with various rooms, and it blends perfectly with Kraków's vibrant cultural and artistic scene. The cuisine can be described as Polish – with a courtly touch: rich in ingredients, sophistication, bold combinations, and contrasts. The dishes often feature...
