Vinissimo is a bistro with food that surprises through its complexity and the pleasure it provides. One of the owners is definitely a foodie and a wine lover, so that's basically the best recommendation. He is also a sommelier, participates in the service, and consistency is an important element here. The food clearly aspires to casual fine dining – it's comfortable yet creative, refined, visually appealing and, of course, made with excellent products.
Vinissimo is located on a small street, very close to the pier in Sopot, right by the sea, in one of the central parts of the Tri-City area.

The selection includes around 350 items, with 70 available by the glass. A special focus is placed on Spain, with several estates represented across various vintages. There's Champagne, including prestige cuvée and grower Champagnes; biodynamic Burgundy, Alsace, and the Jura; countries like Georgia and Slovenia; and, finally, a diverse collection from the New World ranging from iconic wines to more insider positions.
Wine plays a very important role here, and the team is engaged and knowledgeable – it's obvious that they take pleasure in opening each bottle.
