Daniele Pardi
Rome Ambassador
Daniele Pardi is the Star Wine List Ambassador for Rome. With a strong background in the culinary arts, he began his journey in the kitchen as a chef. However, his passion for food and wine pairings led him to delve deeper into oenology. He holds a diploma in wines and spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and is a certified sommelier for the Associazione Italiana Sommelier, Sake Sommelier Association, and Wine Scholar Guild (IWS, FWS, SWS certifications).
Also a dedicated wine educator for various associations, his passion, by the way, lies on the ground floor, where he loves to take care of his guests and talk about wines. Currently, he is working at a charming restaurant overlooking Lake Nemi near Rome, where he curates a growing wine program complementing a contemporary culinary offering.
