Imàgo, the panoramic restaurant of the Hassler Hotel, is located in Piazza della Trinità dei Monti. Positioned atop the majestic staircase near Piazza di Spagna, its panoramic windows provide a stunning view of Rome at night. The restaurant holds one Michelin star, and here traditional flavours are artfully reimagined with inventive flair, featuring dishes that evolve with the seasons.
Curated by the head sommelier Alessio Bricoli, the wine list starts with options by the glass and half bottles, and some pages later you'll find a big selection of Champagnes and even a dedicated chapter to Dom Pérignon. Imàgo's wine list places significant emphasis on wines from Bordeaux and Burgundy. Here, you'll find a dedicated section for Romanée-Conti, showcasing some of the most sought-after and prestigious wines in the world.
