About La Pergola
La Pergola is an exceptional restaurant nestled on the top floor of the Roma Cavalieri, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel, with a terrace offering a breathtaking view of the city, beginning with the nearby dome of San Pietro. It is the only restaurant in Rome awarded with three Michelin stars.
At the helm of culinary excellence is the world-renowned chef, Heinz Beck, whose brilliance shines through in every meticulously crafted dish.
The restaurant's ambience exudes elegance with its classic decor, restyled with a modern lens by Studio Jouin Manku of Paris in 2024 but still featuring carpets, curtains, precious artworks on the walls, and tables adorned with lavish linens and silver cutlery.
Remarkable is its extensive wine cellar, housing tens of thousands of bottles. Among them are many rare vintages dating back to the early twentieth century.
