Ulrika Karlsson, Krakas Krog: ”Our smallness is our greatness”

For almost 15 years, Ulrika Karlsson has run the tiny restaurant Krakas Krog in Kräklingbo, Gotland. 22 seats four nights a week, all to be able to give the best possible service and experience.
”Our smallness is our greatness. Everything is about growth today, but I'm thinking ’would it be possible to have even fewer seats’,” says Ulrika.
