This wine bar is located in the thick of the Palermo Soho action, yet manages to retain an air of much-needed tranquillity. One of the joys of coming to Vini – a joint project set up by sommeliers and best friends Luciano ‘Lucky’ Sosto and Aldo Graziani – is that around six of the 60 listed vintages are opened every day to enjoy by the glass and this changes up every fortnight; put yourself in Lucky’s hands and literally go with the flow. The focus, albeit not exclusively, is on low intervention and easy-drinking wines and there are also a few vertical gems; enjoy them on the street-side deck or inside, next to the bar. The menu, small plates conceived by renowned chef Leo Lanussol, are some of the most creative in any Buenos Aires wine bar.
