About Vini
This wine bar is located in the heart of Palermo Botánico, retaining an air of much-needed tranquillity. One of the joys of coming to Vini – a joint project set up by sommeliers and best friends Luciano ‘Lucky’ Sosto and Aldo Graziani – is that around six of the 60 listed vintages are opened every day to enjoy by the glass, and this selection changes every fortnight; put yourself in Lucky’s hands and go with the flow.
The focus, albeit not exclusively, is on low-intervention and easy-drinking wines, and there are also a few vertical gems. Enjoy them on the street-side deck or inside with olives, Greek salad or Gorgonzola gnocchi.
