About Piedra Pasillo
One of the most solid offerings to open in the past few years, Piedra Pasillo showcases contemporary Argentine cuisine with a conscience. The dynamic culinary duo Lucas Canga and Tomás Curiel use every last part of their ingredients, aiming for a sustainable approach but without the fanfare. Think prawns with XO sauce and crême fraiche, or venison tartare, knowing that the kitchen team butchered the entire beast themselves.
The wine list compiled by Pablo Garriga is a joyful run through Argentina, with a solid number of skin contact and whites as well as prices to meet all budgets. After dinner, go upstairs to hidden bar Al Fondo for a digéstif.
