Female-owned Vereda Adentro sees Lucia Bulacio, Pamela Godoy and Tania Diaz Frontini jointly curating the wines, developing dishes, managing the finances and leading a friendly, committed team. Most importantly, they are the hosts behind a unique and enriching experience that truly enlivens this corner of the Núñez neighbourhood.
Dedicated to serving natural and biodynamic wines, this bar is pretty tiny – just 27 metres squared – but the vereda (pavement) is vast for al fresco drinking. Techno music might pump from the speakers as they serve tasty thoughtfully prepared dishes, as well as craft vermouth. Aiming to make their natural wine bar experience straightforward, there’s a selection of wines by the glass that you can sample before ordering, while both still and sparkling water is complimentary.
