About Nightingale

Nightingale is located in the waterfront business district of Coal Harbour in Vancouver. This area is close to many hotels and convention centres, though is somewhat of a restaurant desert - except for Nightingale.

The food menu is impressively large and constantly changing, with a wood-fired oven firing Neapolitan-style pizzas that balance a perfected two-day sourdough crust with bubbled, black-edged perfection. Food is somewhat Italian in focus, though with a West Coast twist.

The wine list is broad and inviting, organised first by grape variety and then region. Selections lean European and Californian, with a notable selection of local British Columbia wines as well. For a visibly casual restaurant (jeans and sneakers are standard for patrons and staff), it has a dedicated team of sommeliers who are knowledgeable and well trained.

Open for lunch and dinner.
