Gastronomic Grill, located on the slopes of Mount Jaizkibel in the coastal town of Hondarribia is situated in what were once the stables of an old country house, and is surrounded by green meadows and idyllic farmhouses. This family-run restaurant specializes in seasonal products and traditional cuisine, giving special importance to the grill and the fire. The speciality of the house is the txuletas of cow and ox where they work with different cuts and ages of meat. Jon Ayala is in charge of the kitchen and Arantxa Ayala manages the wine cellar and the dining room. The wine list encompasses over 300 references from around the world with a heavy focus on red wines. Enjoy a welcome drink and choose your wine in the cellar where you can view all the bottles.
