The restaurant Mugaritz gets its name from Muga (Limit) and Ritza (oak). This renowned two-Michelin Star venue is located in the town of Renteria a few kilometres from San Sebastián and is overseen by Basque chef Andoni Luis Aduriz.
This restaurant stands out for being one of the most avant-garde and daring in the world, taking its creativity to the limits and where the chef offers a cuisine without boundaries, sometimes audacious and always with tons of personality.
Its wine list could not be any less impressive. Not only do they collaborate with many prestigious producers making unique limited editions for the restaurant, it also works with smaller winemakers. There are also many great labels from the best international producers to choose from.
