The Amelia is a two-Michelin star restaurant overseen by chef Paulo Airaudo, in the boutique Hotel Villa Favorita. Located in a magical setting in the centre of San Sebastian, overlooking the world-famous La Concha beach, it offers an inventive Italian-Argentine cuisine complete with open kitchen where you can savour its tasting menu. This is accompanied by four different pairing options, while there is also a Champagne pairing for lovers of bubbles. In fact, Amelia’s list specialises in Champagne and sparkling wines, making it the perfect pairing for the gastronomy on offer.
