About Hotel Jaizkibel
The Jaizkibel is a contemporary boutique hotel with avant-garde touches situated in Hondarribia. In addition to the four star service they have a small restaurant offering a market cuisine where wine is placed centre-stage. Jon Dorronsoro, a young sommelier who is in charge of running the restaurant, has a background in many high end restaurants, and offers a casual wine list with more than 200 references with the emphasis firmly on young producers, and bottles of small productions, while a limited edition menu focuses entirely on old world wines.
