We take you to the heart of the famous place de la Concorde in Paris (8th arrondissement). On reopening in July 2017, Xavier Thuizat took over the management of the wine of the famous Hotel de Crillon and its L'Écrin. Born in Burgundy, he draws a wide map, blending classic and modernity with wines from a new generation of winegrowers.
Many exceptional references, especially in Burgundy and champagne, appear on the wine list. A very nice address for all food lovers. Also noteworthy is the existence of "La Cave": a tasting room in the first basement in the heart of the Grand Crus of the hotel. If you love sake, the Hotel de Crillon (1 star in the Michelin Guide 2019) is undoubtedly one of the places with the most extensive offer.
