About Café des Ministères
This little restaurant is part of the main rendez-vous for the whole restaurant and wine industry in Paris. Situated behind the French National Assembly in the very chic 7th arrondissement, Roxanne and Jean Sevegnes are the only two working here.
Jean, the chef, is a former executive cook of Ladurée and Helene Darroze, focusing on generous French cuisine. Roxanne, the sommelier, likes diversity and pays a lot of attention to her birth region, Cahors. The wine list is precise, diverse, and French-focused.
