About Bistro Volnay
Bistro Volnay opened in 2015. After the departure of Philippe Marques, it’s Olivier Bury who is in charge of the wines. With his experience, that includes l’Arpège, hi aims to make the Volnay a real wine destination. Here you will find a beautiful wine list with particular focus on Burgundy and Rhône. The wines are held to be served at the best possible maturity and price points.
