Guido himself is one of the true characters of Munich and this place, right in the shadow of the big church downtown, is where people go for a bowl of truffle pasta or some foie gras. The food is really delicious, made from the best produce.

This place has a great cellar, but they don’t print the list so you have to ask for recommendations (a friendly warning: Guido can be very ambitious with his recommendations, so it might be a good idea to ask for the price). Guido himself is a huge Burgundy freak, and if you want some classics from Spain, France, Italy and Germany, this is the place to go.
