The interior of the small space feels cozy, with a handful of unique seating options, such as a shabby-chic bunk bed and a sleek dark wood-lined bar area. There is a selection of local cheese and charcuterie to nosh on along with owner Angel Davis’s concise and frequently changing list of bottles.

Davis is native to San Francisco — a rarity!— and the selections on her list lean heavily in the direction of the local with a smattering of compelling bottles from elsewhere. She also has her head wrapped around the sake game, offering regular tastings and a fun monthly club offering two inspired selections from her curiousity bin.
