After ten vintages of Pinot Noir, California winemaker Jamie Kutch produced his arguably best wine. Only it wasn’t red.
His first try at Chardonnay, the 2014 from Santa Cruz Mountains was mistaken for both Boisson-Vadot and Coche-Dury in blind tastings and earned him the nick-name Kutch-Dury. The wine has long since been sold out but you can find it in Stockholm restaurants and wine bars.
