Ellen Franzén won the Swedish Sommelier Championship
Ellen Franzén, sommelier at restaurant Gastrologik in Stockholm, is the Swedish Sommelier Champion of 2021.
She won the final on 18 April in hard competition with Emma Ziemann and Marcus Henning, who came in third.
The championship was held at Restaurangakademien in Stockholm.
