About Stage 5
A modern and elegant French bistro located in the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts, Stage5 is the leading bistro in Kaohsiung. Executive chef/co-founder Chung Ho Tsai presents his European cuisine with a Taiwanese twist, and here you will discover some interesting local ingredients such as fermented daikon broth or rare, local black garlic. The ambience and cuisine truly make this a must-try in the beautiful art centre.
Stage 5 Wine List
Stage 5 has a well-trained wine service team led by restaurant manager Kiky Chen. The staff is an all-star team of servers who have lots of fun working together and sharing their vast wine knowledge with guests who are also wine enthusiasts. This is also home to an open-minded wine list with high-quality wines that are not bound by natural or traditional boundaries. The staff is very friendly, never hesitate to ask them for suggestions.
