Ukai-tei Kaohsiung is located on the third floor of Silks Club in Kaohsiung, offering an understated yet luxurious ambiance. Executive Chef Imamura Takamasa brings a wealth of experience from renowned restaurants and hotel dining establishments in Japan. Since joining UKAI Group’s flagship teppanyaki restaurant, Hachiōji Ukai-tei, in 2012, he has honed his skills, mastering refined techniques and developing deep expertise in teppanyaki cuisine and hospitality management.

Ukai-tei specialises in using seasonal, fresh ingredients combined with exceptional Japanese teppanyaki techniques to deliver exquisite and authentic yōshoku-style dishes. The restaurant is also committed to innovation in ingredient preparation and green dining practices, striking a balance between delivering delicious, refined dishes and promoting ecological sustainability.

The wine list at Ukai-tei is extensive and thoughtfully curated, featuring high-quality wines from various French regions. Guests can also choose from four-glass or six-glass wine sets to enhance their dining experience. Pairing fine wines with the restaurant's exceptional cuisine is highly recommended for an unforgettable meal.
