About Söl'ring Hof
Söl’ring Hof hotel and restaurant is located in Rantum, on the island of Sylt, embedded in the dunes. The five-star hotel has just 15 rooms and suites, and everything has been renovated in the past few years, after Jan-Philipp Berner took over from his mentor Johannes King, in 2022.
The primary dining space boasts two Michelin stars, while the second restaurant, Wohnzimmer, underwent a renovation in spring 2023 and is now a beautiful space with the atmosphere of a living room. Both menus are dominated by products from local farms and the nature of the island.
Since 2009, Bärbel Ring has been in charge of the wine list. The hotel is famous for its selection of port and Madeira wines but the selection of German and international producers is also outstanding.
