For 25 years, Rafael has led the Lima restaurant pack, effortlessly serving up Mediterranean, Peruvian, Italian, Asian, French and Spanish-inspired dishes that always hit the spot. Chef Rafael Osterling has set the pace for a market-driven menu that changes according to product availability, serving up a diverse cast of stylish comfort food such as beetroot carpaccio, shrimp tikka masala, lobster rolls, lamb birria and sweetbreads with mole.
An elegant dining experience, framed by pristine white tablecloths and enormous napkins, Osterling’s art collection lines the walls, generating a homey feel elevated by highly efficient service.
Sommelier Martín Saavedra Quispe has formed part of the team since day one and his 60-label wine list steers towards traditional Burgundy and Montepulciano labels, and seasoned with Peruvian skin contact and Uruguayan rosé.
