In the heart of the Marais (75003), Parcelles has rapidly become one of the places you must not miss in Paris. Bastien and Sarah has built on their experience to take over an old venue and give it new life. The cuisine is refined and absolutely delicious. Since the beginning it has been packed. On one side of the little street you have the bistro with a small outdoor terrace, and on the other side a small epicerie shop.

Bastien Fidelin has created an incredible wine list from the get-go, with very reasonable prices. He is a veritable bargain-hunter so let him guide you and use the occasion to drink a wine at maturity.
