About ITO
ITO Japanese Cuisine is located in Cologne and offers a mix of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine. Sashimi, sushi, fish and meat are delicately prepared by Chef Kengo Nashimi, who spent many years working at a Michelin-starred Japanese kitchen in the area.
The wine list is heavy with great Burgundy, Loire, Champagne and Germany Riesling. A nice selection of Sake can also be found. A great spot to find some rare treasures on the list.
