HUB.Praga

Hub is run by talented and experienced chef Witek Iwański, and is one of the best restaurants in Poland. It offers casual fine dining where you can order small plates or go for the tasting menu. The style of cooking is highly creative, fresh, and based mostly on Polish ingredients. Food is served by the front-of-the-house team and by chefs, with a dynamic menu that constantly changes.

Hub is located in the northern Praga district, an old part of town with broad streets and century-old buildings. The venue only has 22 seats so make sure you have a reservation. It is also possible to have a chef's table, inside a kitchen!

The wine selection is based on a few countries with a strong representation of great estates. It is centred on Europe, and mostly the popular central part of the continent, such as Hungary and Austria. There are always some Polish wines listed, which are also served by the glass.
