HUB.Praga

Hub is run by talented and experienced chef Witek Iwański and it is one of the best restaurants in Poland. It is casual fine dining where you can order small plates or go for the tasting menu. Highly creative, fresh, and based mostly on Polish ingredients, that would be the core of Hub's style of cooking. Food is served by the front-of-the-house team and by chefs, the menu is dynamic and there are constantly some changes. Hub is located in the northern Praga district, an old part of town with broad streets and century-old buildings. The venue only has 22 seats so make sure you have a reservation. It is possible to have a chef's table, and it is inside a kitchen!

The wine selection is based on a few countries with a strong representation of great estates. It is about Europe, mostly the popular central part of the continent, such as Hungary and Austria. There are always some Polish wines listed, also served by the glass.
