Nowadays it’s where you’ll find Ganz Wine Bar, a light and bright restaurant and bar offering good, honest food accompanied by some pretty decent wines. Owner Fernando has created a tempting and well-balanced list, largely from classic wine regions such as the Loire Valley and Champagne, as well as Rioja and Sierra de Gredos. He likes to champion up and coming young producers, who use local grape varieties, and which offer excellent value for money. The food is simple and tasty, with the menu being chosen on the day, depending on what is available at the local market.
