About Curador

One of a handful of dedicated wine bars in Lima, Curador takes a beautifully casual approach to wine by curating (as per its name) on a client-by-client basis to serve by the glass according to their tastes – while never crossing the S48 price line; bottles never top S240. The whole team is made up of sommeliers, led by Joseph Ruíz Acosta, who has represented Peru several times in the ASI Sommelier of the World contest. When in Peru, you should also try pisco, so step into the atelier to try handcrafted bottles made by small producers. Soak up the alcohol with small plates for sharing such as charcuterie, Peruvian cheese and organic Margherita pizza.
