One of a handful of dedicated wine bars in Lima, Curador takes a beautifully casual approach to wine by curating (as per its name) on a client-by-client basis to serve by the glass according to their tastes. The sommelier team is led by Joseph Ruíz Acosta, who has represented Peru several times in the ASI Sommelier of the World contest. When in Peru, you should also try pisco, so ask to see the cocktail list for signature drinks such as Listan or Uvas e Hinojo. Soak up the alcohol with seafood-forward small plates for sharing such as lobster rolls, octopus gildas and cured tuna as well as charcuterie starring Peruvian cheese.
