Switzerland, Germany & Austria next for Star Wine List of the Year 2021

After seven stops in Europe and Asia, our journey to celebrate great wine lists and the teams behind them continues. Now we welcome sommeliers in Switzerland, Germany and Austria to submit their wine lists to Star Wine List of the Year.
The times are tough for restaurants everywhere. Even in places with no lockdowns, the good news are few and far between. But after having celebrated the wine lists of the Netherlands and the UK over the past two weeks, we are happy that we have been able to spread at least some good news.
As Danny Gonzalez said after winning three categories in our Dutch event with his Rotterdam restaurant Fitzgerald: "It's an amazing feeling to achieve such an honourable recognition, especially if you look who have been the judges. So yes, it feels great.”

WINE LISTS WELCOME
Now we welcome restaurants and wine bars in Switzerland, Germany and Austria to submit their wine lists, free of charge. (All restaurants and wine bars that are listed on Star Wine List are automatically entered). Read more about the process and judging here.
