Raventós i Blanc är en vingård med en av de längsta dokumenterade vinodlingstraditionerna i världen. Familjegården där viner nu produceras har tillhört familjen Raventós sedan 1497. Idag driver Pepe Raventós företaget, den tjugoförsta generationen av familjen. Han använder sig av biodynamiska vinodlingsmetoder. Varje druvsort separeras i vinmakningsprocessen för att skapa den perfekta blandningen av Macabeo, Xarello, Pallada och Malvasia de Sitges. Flasklagring med jästfällningen är på minst 18 månader. This biodynamic blend of 60% Macabeo, 20% Parellada, and 20% Xarel-lo is expansive and elegant, it spends a minimum of 15 months on the lees and shows a beautiful balance of minerality, white peach, floral overtones, and toasted brioche.
